"So I’m not sure if it’s because I used to work there and they have a grudge or because I don’t know maybe they had a busy Sunday night? But my pizza was barely warm, there seemed to be no cheese on my bread buds & no sauces for them either, no Parmesan & no red pepper flakes! And my boxes were literally DRIPPING with grease or butter I’m not even sure which. I mean come on that’s absurd! I love mr. Jim’s pizza but this was very disappointing"
"Took us an hour to get our delivery, which would have been okay but the driver sat in our driveway on his phone for a while, the pizza wasn't in a warming bag, and predictably, it was cold. To top it off, the order was wrong. We ordered a Chicken premiere and got Ham?? When we called to speak with the manager to get the order rectified, she made it sound like we purposely ordered a ham pizza with white sauce instead of a chicken premiere. She said " you received what you ordered" and I said I ordered a chicken premiere...my pizza came with ham and no Chicken. 1 star for terrible customer service."
