"Since this location has been open I’ve been at least 5-10 times. Most of my experiences are decent. I’m an avid Starbucks girl and visit multiple locations during my daily outings. This one is okay. I was always order on the app to make it easier for me and them with difficult orders. On two occasions my drinks have been wrong but they have fixed them with no issue and were polite so no harm there. However the three stars is for one occasion last week where I ordered on the app as usual 3-5 minutes before I arrived as the line always takes roughly 5 minutes or more. My pick up time was 7:41 I pulled into the drive through at 7:39 told them I had ordered on the app. I was told one moment let me check on that which is totally normal. What got me was her response when she came back. She came back and asked me if I had just placed the order and I told her no it was a few minutes ago and she stopped me and said once you okay an order it takes us five minutes to receive it before we even start it (with an attitude) and then proceeded to say but we will try to have that ready when you get to the window. Mind you my pickup time was 7:41. I was there at 7:39. By the time I had gotten to the window it was 7:44. I was handed my drink and yet again it was wrong. I did not have time at this point to have it corrected and was just in shock at the attitude as I never have had this type of experience at ANY Starbucks. I have went back one time sense then and my drink has been wrong and it has been corrected without an issue. I think I’m going to default to venture to my normal locations for a while until this location has been on their feet a little longer. Overall besides the one attitude experience it has been great."

"Ordered on mobile app and went through drive through. One of my items was missing from order but was not their fault and they immediately prepared it for me. Staff was super friendly and drink was made correctly! Am bummed this location isn't on my way to work or I would go in the mornings."

"Brand new Starbucks and I love it! Opened February 20, 2024. I was there a little before 5a. They opened on time and ready to go. It has all the accommodations as any other Starbucks. The staff was friendly, and the customer service is great. It's right of TX 199 in Springtown. Glad it opened here. I definitely will be returning."
