"I just bought a sandwich there and discovered that they no longer allow you to see the meat or the vegetables. They have installed no see glass. The lady behind the counter told me that other delis such as Firehouse Subs, are going with this change. She stated the old way is out and this the new way. Advised her that I won’t be back. The reason I buy at Subway is to be able to view and choose what I want on my sandwich. Now you won’t be able to see the condition of the product. Sad deal."
"Drive thru is useless. 2nd time I have issues. Placed my order through the touch screen and after waiting 25 minutes was told the order did not go through. I asked for my order to be taken at the window, person who is employed told me to drive around and wait in line again to place my order through the touch screen. Not that it’s a big deal, but no longer a customer."
"Great sandwich shop, this location always has fresh vegetables and a good variety of it. When we arrived there were some customers in front of us but the line moved really fast. Our sandwiches were made correctly, no complaints. We got the combos with chips and drinks. Restaurants is clean. Restrooms are also clean."
"WARNING. PRICE GOUGING. Up charging 4.38$ to make something a protein bowl. Bought one chicken bacon ranch protein bowl, two bags of chips, one drink, and one Philly cheese steak wrap, total price was $32.49 for TWO people to eat. When I went to ask about the up charge the older man at the counter wouldn't explain why it was there. I regularly get the exact same meal for 24$-25$ not 34$. Absolutely nuts. Also meat was threw on the wrap in a wad."
"We ordered the daily special. THEY made us the wrong sandwich. We did not notice until I questioned the price and looked at receipt. They would not give us the difference. Told them how we even pointed to board when we were ordering. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by management. They have lost a faithful customer. I usually eat at a subway by my work like 3 times a week, I won't be doing that anymore. It was only like a dollar difference. But it wasn't the money. They made a mistake, they should own up to eat and fix it. And I was NOT rude when I was talking to them. I was trying to explain situation very calmly."
