"Lisa Marie has single-handedly saved this burger king that i had previously written off. She is consistent, she is kind, and our orders are always correct and she always asks about little things like ketchup in the bag. Her customer service is exemplary. She is one of those folks who recognizes repeat customers and takes special care of them."
"I am amazed at how fast so few employees were able to keep them drive thru plus the dining room customers taken care of. I love the Whopper Jr's and it was prepared and packaged as advertised. Kudos to that group."
"I pulled up to the drive thru menu and the employee was like ill be with you in a few. I was like OK. 10 minutes go by and I'm still waiting there. I was wanting BK so i waited. They finally take my order and I drive up to the window and they take my card for payment. As they are handing my card back to they tell me to stay here until they tell my to go forward to the next window. I than sit there for another 9 minutes while they are inside talking to another employee. At this point I'm extremally annoyed and just want my food and go. They finally tell me to go forward and my food was waiting. THIS IS A FAST FOOD RESTUARANT. if i wanted to wait for my food id go to a sit down. I will not be going back to BK because the other location is almost just as bad."
