Little Caesars Pizza

"It took over 45 minutes to get Slices-N-Stix. I purposely ordered something "easy" that they sell a lot of because I know they constantly make it and I was in a hurry. You should see the workers here, it's like you went to another planet. They must be making something else in the back, because this place has employees that look like they are from another planet. I will NEVER do business at this location EVER again. NEVER. Buyer Beware, You Have Been WARNED!"

""Hot n' Ready" simply doesn't exist at this location, this place has the "Slow n' Eventually We'll Have It Ready". Easily the slowest Little Caesars I've ever been to. Went through the drive thru line (because for some reason they STILL have the lobby/take out option closed) and when I ordered the most basic order of a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread they said "it'll be an hour". I called Papa John's and picked up a pizza in 10 minutes. Never coming back to this location."

"I placed an online order for two pizzas and some crazy bread. After receiving an email saying it was ready, I went to the store and after seeing a long drive through line, decided I’d drive around and just go in to pick it up. However, the doors were locked and they would only accept customers in the drive through. After about 20 minutes I made it to the window and was told one of my pizzas was not ready yet and if I pulled into a parking spot, they’d bring it out to me. I’m not sure why I got an email if my order wasn’t ready. So I parked, and waited 15 more minutes before deciding to call and ask for an update (since you couldn’t walk into the lobby). The phone won’t even ring, it was turned off or disconnected. So I go to the door and knock, and they point to the drive through and want me to walk around, and stop the entire drive through, just to ask about my order. When I ask, they said they just put it in the oven, and it would be about 10 minutes. I asked for the rest of my order that was finished, and waited for my other pizza. They did finally bring that out after about 10 minutes, just as they said, but I was at the store for an hour trying to pick up an order that I was told was ready before I got there. I understand they were busy and possibly understaffed, as everyone is, but no one should wait an hour for an order. Poorly managed store in my opinion."

"Ordered online so the order would be ready when I got there. Doors were locked and I was told to get in the car line at the drive thru. Cars were 5 deep in the street. Both directions. Why order online if you have to wait in the drive thru for 30 plus minutes. I had them refund my money and I went somewhere else. They could at least hand your order to you through the door. Its no different than the window."

"This Little Caesars had the lobby locked. I had two delivery orders to pick up which were ready. The female employee rudely told to to get my “butt” in the drive thru line. Our mutual customers had to wait while I sat in this drive thru for 40 minutes. Little Caesars if you see this you really need to reconsider your choice of management at this location."
