"I have been a customer for years and have made many shoe purchases from this store. But buyer BEWARE! Do not get or ask for a GIFT CERTIFICATE here. On MULTIPLE occasions, the gift certificate has been purchased but they actually NEVER send the gift card to the recipient. Maybe in hopes that no one ever knows it was purchased and they keep the money...who knows. Either way it has happened to me multiple times. Then, I have to spend 30-45 min on the phone trying to get them to re-send or find the gift certificate. This should NOT happen! No one should have to fish for their gift every time."
"Helpful staff but unable to locate shoes in store that inventory said they had in stock. Associate looked up same shoes at another local store and computer showed they were in stock. Associate called the other store to verify before I went over, but other store 'checked' and reported that they did not have the shoes in stock either. Seems kind of weird..."
"This is a very nice DSW that has a huge selection of shoes for everybody! The prices, like all DSW stores are great! It was the cleanest DSW I have ever been to, too! The store is also fairly close to the airport so an unexpected delay allowed me ample shopping time!"
