"I like kohl's but they have removed an entire side of check out area which was a terrible idea, the added sephora and took away jewlery and purses are which was another bad move. And most of the fitting rooms are closed only one main area in the center of the store for a fitting room. These changes are why I'm giving this store a 3."

"Worst experience I've ever had at any Kohls store. The girl who checked me out was too busy telling other associates what to do. She had nails so long she had trouble picking up my items. She made no eye contact, and never told me I earned Kohls cash. In addition she did not remove a security tag so I had to go back when I set off the alarm. Absolutely no customer service"
