"The worst customer service ever this is the second time I've had been checked out by Christy and she was very rude there's no reason to speak to customers like she does very demeaning they really need to do something about this very unfriendly person in their store I will not shop there ever again I will be passing it up and going to the other Ross where they know how to treat a customer and I'm writing corporate to let them know what kind of customer service they don't even deserve one star"
"The store was in disarray as most of these stores normally are. Numerous racks were almost empty. All employees appeared to be cashiers, and no one was available to assist customers."
"Horrible custmer service . Very rude . Not professional A-Z staff over there including managers are rude . They don’t care about their jobs or people or anything and making people miserable who are shopping and give them business ! Your one rude comment and behavior can ruin someone’s entire day! If you hate your job you should go get something else and if ross is training people to be like that than that is a huge shame and sadness . The checkout people have no manner how to talk to people they just treat you like garbage !!"
"Don’t recommend this location. I always try be really nice to the employees in retail because i know how hard the job can be. But the staff is rude, just tried asking the cashier how her day was going and got the rudest glare with a head nod & they openly discuss people around the store and people who are possibly shoplifting! In my years of experience in retail that was something that was never openly discussed. Store is also very packed with long lines. I wouldn’t waste your time here."
"Love this store always has the best stuff and super cute, prices aren't to bad. I wish theybwould get there lines better controlled they are always so long. 20 minutes to move to a register is difficult when you have spine issues. Besides the 1 complaint I LOVE ROSS!!!"
