"Went in and was looking for a suit/jacket for a wedding. Had a bit of a wait, kinda people running around everywhere. Signed in and got some help. Chenaria helped us. They were out of several jackets I wanted but found the perfect match at the end! Measured us up for the pants and ended up with them back within 3 days. Overall great experience. Found some deals more affordable for us. All 3 of us was able to get our attire. Thanks Cheneria! Would recommend a more uninterrupted fitting and pick out though! We were in there quite a while waiting because of the amount of people and staff wasn’t trained all the way. Chenaria appeared to be the one employees went to for help and therefore she was pretty swamped. Don’t be in a hurry you may be disappointed if so."

"Rented 2 tux for my younger boys all measurements were all wrong the tux were huge on both my boys. They said they couldn’t find a good size for them. Luckily I had a few days left till the wedding and I got them some off Amazon that fit perfectly and better quality. Also got 2 shirts tailored one of them was done good and on time. The other one was finally ready for pick up 2 days after my wedding. I wouldn’t shop here. Just order something off Amazon and get it tailored saves you money"

"Horrible experience! My son goes in there looking for a suit. The first suit he’s had in 10 years! He’s trying to start his professional career. They steer him to one of the most expensive suits they have! I told him I would help him pay for it. I’m looking online at $200 sets - he’s telling me this set they put him in is $380!! I told him to look at something cheaper - they tell him they don’t have anything for him! He’s medium build - plenty of options. He asked for a discount - they told him no. Sounds like he’s buying a used car! Imagine taking advantage of a young adult that way! Disgusting. He walked and went over to JC Penney. Found a beautiful match set for $200!! No one trying to take advantage of him. Don’t know how these people sleep at night."

"I couldn’t say anything more negative about this location if I wanted too. When I walked in a lady in the back greeted me and asked what I needed, I said I need to be fit so she point at this sign by the front door and said you have to login to the QR code. Keep in mind I’m the only person in the store, so I walk over use my phone and I get a text that says your 1st in line or to proceed to wait for another 5 minutes for her to finish playing on her computer. She then conveniently couldn’t find the wedding I needed to be fit for. I’ll be driving to the woodlands tomorrow for hopefully better service and I’ll give corporate a call if they don’t have any issues finding it."
