Ignored me when I tried to get their attention and when I finally did I asked for a shoe in a size 5 in women’s and they told me “women’s shoes dont start at a 5, so look at kids shoes.” Honestly need better people working the floor and to be more attentive. The greeter was friendly, I’ll give them that."
"The manager working on 8/3 in the evening is extremely rude and unprofessional. Looking at your past reviews and seeing I am not the only complaintant, she is obviously not the correct person for this role. It is also apparent that she is teaching her team to act in the same manner. I will not shop in this location again."
