"The manager ada (not sure if that’s spelled right) is so rude and unprofessional. I had a problem with my online order (close to $500 order) please keep in mind these are my kids shoes for back to school I call the customer service and they refund me my money for the shoes lost in neverland. 2 days later, I received the refund (this is on a Sunday, school starts Monday) I place an online order for pick up. My card is charged TWICE. I call to see what the issue is and I wAs told that’s not her issue to call customer service which is closed on Sunday! She did not ask my name, she didn’t offer to look at it and see what she could do. Just flat out not her problem. I told her just cancel the order, she did that with an attitude as well. I’ve spent a lot of my money with these people, and to be treated like this 2 times in a week is outrageous. I will NOT be spending money with you again. You can believe that. Teach your employees simple customer service especially since she had the audacity to call herself their manager. I’d hate to see how she treats the employees if she treats customers this way."
"Kristin, the store's manager, was very sweet and helpful with me while I was looking for some shoes yesterday. She was exceptionally helpful when I asked her questions and was looking for specific types of shoes. The store is very clean and organized so that looking for shoes is quick and simple. It's not the cheapest place to buy shoes, but this is a good place to find good-quality shoes for a special occasion. This store is definitely recommended."
