"So let me first say I always shop at this location. I’ve always had wonderful customer service and friendly staff. Store is always clean and neat. I ordered my kids shoes online for pick-up. I headed to the store the next day to pick up my order. I was checked out by a wonderful young lady. The following day I had my daughter try the shoes on to make sure they fit. Unfortunately, I ordered a size to small. I called this location and was greeted by Meocha. She was very attentive to my needs. She went above and beyond to assist me. I’m very thankful that she took the time to try to resolve my issue. She suggested a couple alternative solutions as well. I just wanted to recognize her because its very hard to come across people like her. Who take the time to help you out. So if you are in need of shoes or school shopping for the kids I recommend stopping in to Famous Footwear @ Cityplace!!! Thanks again!"
