"I ordered few items online for a birthday and it showed it was delivered but there was nothing on my mailbox. I called them and asked for reshipment and requested a signature upon delivery the request was not carried out and the items again showed delivered to the mailbox and there was nothing. So I called them and asked for a refund they denied due to excessive claims and banned my account for future purchases. Horrible experience, this business takes your money without proper investigation of your claim and item delivery, plus they shut you up for requesting your money back for their own poor customer service."
