"I am visiting this place for more than a month to find some stuff in home section but it kept draining everyday. I didn't see any new delivery coming in. All the shelves are almost empty or left with damaged stuff. It's very shameful for a big store like Macy's. I really felt so bad seeing these deserted shelves. I am thinking to close my Macy's card and look for some other store."
"This one star is for a sales representative named Alma. Today, was a beautiful day for my husband and I, but unfortunately this lady gave us bad customer service. I’m a Platinum Macy’s card member and she treated me like it was my first time buying at Macy’s. When she was scanning a purse, she did not find the price and went to find another purse. The one she brought was another brand, another size, totally different to the other one. She wanted to charge us $29.99. Luckily my husband saw that the purse we wanted to buy had a price tag! It was $19.99! With that said, what was she trying to do? Was it hard for her to say I’m sorry I don’t have the price of this product and I don’t want to charge you more than it costs. Why do managers give this kind of power to a person who doesn’t know how to use it? Alma please don’t do that again to any other customer, it looks bad, really bad."
