"We attempted to shop here at Macys yesterday however, the fitting rooms were closed. What the heck… How are we supposed to buy clothes without trying them on? Are we really supposed to buy them and Take them home to try them on and then have to bring them back if they don’t fit ??What a hassle. This is a great place to start a clothing store that wants to provide acceptable customer service And actually sell clothes. There’s too many other clothing stores to shop at to put up with this."
