"Sara is one of the worse managers I've ever dealt with. Second time in a row that I've come to this Addison location and my purchase was over rung up. Around 20.00 each time. Destny The lady checking me out told me to go take a picture to prove the price I told her what it was while bragging about it being ok because she was so friendly. I ask for the manager because I find this approach very unprofessional and Sarah took the stand of saying they can't help it. If happens all the time because prices are changed and the computers are not!! I believe it since it's now happening to me multiple times. So calloused, unapologetic and basically doesn't seem to care about this at all. Not at all!! f If had not paying attention I would be overcharged 40 plus dollars."

"If you look at their website, they give a clearance price. Then you go to the store to find it at a much higher price, but because clearance is on sale, you get it at a little lower price than the online price. It should be the online price and then on sale, but they won't honor that. I still bought the shoes because the price was better than anywhere else, but honor the lower price that you advertise."
"I love their shoes, pricey but very durable. They are worth the buy. Good location, beautiful shoes and bags. Good designers. Very spacious, has wheelchair parking and it's also wheelchair accessible. They have from baby shoes to adult shoes. The staff are so helpful if you need help. You can also order online and some shoes online are not even available at the store. In all lovely shoes to choose from."
