"The rudest people run this establishment. What happened to good customer service? There are some nice employees, but the management is absolutely rude. Avoid this place and get your panda fix from the Joshua location if you care about good customer service."
"This location has to be one of the worst Panda. There is always a long wait. Food is never ready, like you should already know in fast food. You have your morning rush, lunch rush and evening rush. Lately the food had not been cutting it, The taste is very bland and just horrible. Don't even get me started on the portions. I ordered a plate and half rice and chow mein and orange chicken. The rice was literally a half spoon and the noodles had more veggies than anything. I told the young lady, please add more even if I had to pay extra. When I got to the register I looked at the food which barely had enough food. I told the manger if that looked right. He was like that the portions were set. Set how because I don't see no one measuring or weighing to make sure they all are the same amount. SMH like I'm not begging you if I'm asking for more then just charge me extra. It's just stupid to me, if the misses didn't like orange chicken so much. I would take my money and go to a Chinese restaurant."
"Izzy G was amazing. He was so patient with me adding something to my order and having to pay twice. He never once told me to hurry up or made me feel incompetent. The terriyaki chicken was 100% amazing per usual. 25/10 recommend!"
