"NEVER coming here again. Bought a shirt, took it home, put it on to go out, and soon as i put it on i noticed a hole in the armpit. Now i had just taken the tags off because i was gonna wear it out, but i still had the receipt. Took it back the next week with the receipt, all i wanted was store credit to get another shirt. They told me they cant take it back because there was no tags on it which is a complete lie because I’ve returned multiple shirts there with no tags but had a receipt. Than the rude manager said “well one of our associates would have realized there was a hole before selling it” (mind you it was a black XL shirt) so basically insinuated i willingly tore a hole in a brand new shirt i just bought. SO no credit was given, basically paid $30 for a damaged shirt. Never going back and its a shame because i loved Tilly’s. Ill just go to a different location"

"Alina baka was amazing! She made shopping a fun experience and she was super nice. She kept bringing us shoes and even helped my son tie his shoes (he’s 5 and still learning). She was super easy to talk to and she loves SpongeBob just like my son so if you’re ever in the store make sure to bring her a krabby patty! Thank you for the wonderful service."

"Don't ever buy from their website, said their was something wrong with my car information/billing. I tried over 10x to order shoes and was never successful. THEN I checked my bank account. Charged everytime. I called them, though friendly, not very helpful. I will never buy from tillys. Too bad, so sad."

"I just came from a negative experience at this location. Most of the employees were nice enough. But when it was time to check out. The girl behind the register left us and the man behind us standing there. She left without saying a word to any of us. After awhile another employee came to the register and proceeded to check out the man behind us. So we decided to just put back the shirt we were going to buy and left. I don't normally leave reviews but this experience was so dehumanizing that I had to share and warn others of color before they consider purchasing anything here (in our case we were never even giving the chance to)"
