"Great Fan of Macys and products being a Macy member for nearly 3 years But this time had a bad store service experience I am not sure I was able to get the store manager.Broken products sold with great packaging of tags and unknown and if we remove tag the return is difficult.Even with bill and checked in and checked out within that same day .This is the first time i am experiencing such things with Macys so totally taken aback and disappointed as i kept the expectations too high ."
