"Came in to buy shoes for me and my wife, who is disabled from a stroke the lady in the store and the man both said that they did not have a restroom which was quite Rude the way she was acting very condescending they remarked that they had to go to the store next door to use the restroom so we left I and my wife will never buy shoes from that place. And I am going to tell all my friends family and relatives how bad we were treated"

"Store closes at 8:00. I was told I needed to hurry and check out because they were going to close the register at 8:01. As a customer paying almost $200 in one transaction I think it's pretty rude to rush someone like that. I can understand if I stayed way past closing, but 1 minute??? FF should really reevaluate their customer service!"
