"The manager is very rude. We were looking ladies sandals on tried on & in meantime we went to select for my cousin. Manager came & started yelling why those sandals were on the floor, she continued to yell even though we were trying to explain we had plans to go back where we left the sandals & more importantly she laughed at us insulting. Very rude, and we didn’t purchase any. Don’t recommend this store at all."
"The manager and staff at this location are rude and also exhibit discriminatory behavior to anyone who is not white , black or Hispanic. I went in there to return an item that I had purchased and opened and was told that it could not be returned as it was opened. The sale receipt did not show any return policy on it stating something like that so I asked the girl what was the return policy of the store and she said “return within 30 days “ I told her that it was just a day that I bought this item but she kept on insisting that it was opened so how can she take it back. I told her that nothing of the sort was listed on the sales receipt and hence she should not persist with that or show me the corporate return policy . She kept on giving bad attitude and I just left the product there and told them to keep it ."
"Decent selection and fair prices.I was only looking for a pair of sneakers for trail walking and not the latest over rated Nike. The fact that it's at a mall means plenty of parking."
"Bad bad attitude from this person, she said her name is Renee, but had no name tag. Very disrespectful, does not look you in the eyes, talks bad about the customer in their backs, does not even listen to my actual complaint… total disaster. I really don’t know why this type of people work in customer service."
"This workers are wonderful and very helpful. The SPANISH GIRLS are always working so hard to help everyone in the store along with the managers... Will definitely go back to the store and purchase my shoes and I would recommend to anyone to shop here. good job ALL employees"
