"Really bad experience at the brand new Presidio location in Fort Worth. Went in to exchange a pair of shoes I received as a Christmas gift that were too big. Walked in at 7:30. They close at 8:00. Stood for a while as the referees looked at me. Asked one of them (I think she was a line judge) for help and I was directed to a counter where 4 more referees (three leads and a tail official I believe) stood and ignored me until I asked for help. Not a great start, but I'm still cool at this point. I put the shoes and receipt on the counter and then waited with them while they figured out, as a crew, how to execute the exchange. After further review the lead referee informed me that they would refund the buyers card even though I have a gift receipt and I am trying to exchange. I was then asked for my card so the money could be refunded to it. I said I wanted to exchange for a different size not a refund. She said it was a pain to start over so she was going to finish the refund on my card and then just re-ring the new pair. Seemed stupid, but I was still being patient. She swiped the card and gave me a receipt that the money was returned to the card. I went to the Mens shoe wall to get my shoes in the right size. Because of all the time the return took, when I finally flagged down an official I was told the store was closing at 8 and the registers were already closed. I could go online or come back tomorrow and I was walked to the front of the store. When I got back to my car I checked my bank and the money had not been refunded. When I went back and knocked on the door I was ignored while the aspiring zebras shot hoops. When I called Footlocker I was told it would take 5-7 days to get my refund. This is the dumbest interaction I have had at a store ever and there is no chance I will go back especially since the same shoes are half price on Amazon. This is why Brick and Mortar stores are disappearing. Why subject yourself to this when it can be easily done online for less. Oh wait, that's right, people need jobs... silly me to try and support young people entering the workforce."

"Average experience. The shoe I wanted they only had 2 sizes. Glad one of the sizes was the one I needed. Store worker was not attentive to me and it was not busy at all"

"I went to the store and tried to pick up the shoes I won from the raffle, there some system issues and no my name on the list, but I did have my reservation code and my ID with me. Instead of helping me figure out the problems, they kept telling me the policy. They didn’t work positively to help me solve the issues. They were friendly but they were not helpful."
