They have everything from cups, to stoves , to sleeping bags, to e- bikes, to the latest shoes, backpacking supplies, hiking supplies, to rain gear, climbing gear, watches this list and go on infinitum. Needless to say I love this place. They partner in their local communities and take the environmental issues seriously. Plus if you become a member you get a small percentage of your purchase back to use again instore. Today picked up 3 pairs of water proof hiking shoes,"

"My family and I went to this store looking for new shoes. A very nice lady named Abbie helped us. She was professional, knowledgeable, fantastic at listening to concerns and suggesting brands and shoe structures based on the individual. I walked in set on a particular brand but after talking to Abbie and explaining my concerns she helped my find a completely different shoe that was much better for me. Everyone else was also very nice, courteous and personable. This was an amazing visit."

"So we all know the advantages of being an REI Member...but I'd like to focus on their in-house bike shop, and the awesome Team that works within it! My wife has a Cannondale Tango 29, and it needed some TLC and service repairs, and as we walked up to the shop, Mark W greeted us with a big ole smile and you could immediately feel that he enjoyed his day job! "Score one for us" Mark took a quick once over of "the beast" invited my wife behind the counter and into their very busy shop (3 technicians), placed the 29er on the rack, and meticulously "talked shop" with my wife, discussed his recommendations with HER (loved that part), while I was released from "manhood liability"...so yeah, I wandered around and bought us some PEARL iZUMi shoes, accessories, and apparel... all of it @ 40% off! "Nothing but net" Anyway, Mark projected 4 days to complete the tune-up, and it was actually ready for pickup in 2 days! They texted, called, and Gmailed me to communicate this ✔️ How about that Karen? The maintenance agreement $ estimate was exactly to the dollar on our final cost, ✔️ and the bike feels... looks...and rides like a bad*** new beast again! Thank you Mark W and Issac C... We highly recommend their in-house bike shop, with their very knowledgeable Team!"

"I love REI, but wasnt thrilled about this location. Size wise, it's a medium sized single story store, but, has tons of items in it. Pretty large bike area, lots of clothing, boots, shoes, packs. Pretty general to most REI stores. My only issue was I couldn't get any help from the employees which is unlike any REI I've ever been too before. Just after opening and myself and two other people in the store. No one greeted me or even asked if I needed help."
