"im an autistic person and the day i decided to go for my plushie i was having a meltdown and in tears, idk if the guy saw that but he was really nice to me! the only downside is that the cashier was a but mean since she just trow my birth certificate at me, but everything else was spectacular! please give the man with the grizz bear on his backpack a rise!"
"What I didn't like was all the extra things they added that still made the bear pretty pricey when I went in for a birthday bear where you pay the age. They added voice they added scent,etc all without letting me know it was extra cost .First time at Build-A-Bear so no I wouldn't have known the process and cost of extras,and I did let them know it was our first time there beforehand at the counter.i must add they were so pushy with adding the extras such as scent.i said no cause I get headaches with strong scents and they insisted saying it goes away,and put it in anyway.so I was even more upset when I realized now I'd be paying for something I didn't even want."
