"Why do workers act like they’re better than you here? I didn’t feel welcome at all. I love Steve Madden and have gotten exemplary service in the past, but for some reason the workers were just off. Not attentive at all, and pretty rude if I may say so. I wasn’t even greeted when I entered the store."
