"I just went to their South Mcallen location and found two shoes that I really liked but they didn’t have them in my size. The floor sales person who helped me seemed to be the only employee there and busy but she still took time to help me out and suggested I go to the North McAllen location or order them online. I took her advice hoping to find those shoes in my size and drove to the other store. I had a terrible experience at the North Mcallen location. I saw three employees not busy with a customer but none of them offered to help me out. One of their workers walked right in front of me carrying a ladder and didn’t even bother to say “excuse me“. One man who appeared to be manager was very chatty with a customer and began telling him how to search for things on the internet and why he doesn't use Google and so forth. In addition to the really bad service, the north Mcallen store is pretty disorganized. One of the shoes I was looking for was sitting on top of a box but I couldn’t find the boxes for that brand. Two thumbs down to the north Mcallen Rack Room Shoes."

"They have good deals all the time. There is an amazing selection of shoes in the store. The employees were very helpful. Even checking other stores to see if they had it in stock. Store was very clean when I was there. if you are looking for a great selection and good customer service with decent prices then this is the place to go."
