"Okay variety of shoes but horrible customer service, when I ask then about how their zip((Quadpay) work They just laugh and said you are the first person to ask about it, they really didn’t have knowledge about anything! I think they should teach their employers how certain things work instead of them laughing about it or ignoring their customers! And like always they only had one register open until they saw a line they open the other one"

"Terrible customer service at this store. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes online and the shoes did not fit so i had to return them. She wanted to give me less money for my return. I told her that if i paid $40 for that one pair of shoes than my credit should be $40. Then she claimed she won't accept the boots because they were worn. I never wore them out i just tried on one boot to check the fit. I recommend you clean the soles of the shoes before you return them if you try on the shoes you buy online. Yes!! I think most people try on the shoes they buy online. They will inspect them like a hawk and if they see a speck of dirt they will not take them back. I just cleaned the sole of the one boot i tried on and returned them the next day."

"This store is conveniently located inside the Outlet Shops, it offers discounted goods at good prices usually buy one get another item 50% off. Very large stock of brand shoes, sandals etc. They are military friendly and offer a 10% on all the items. If you subscribe to their mailing list they will send you discounts. Very friendly staff."
