"Target is a great place to shop! Between the Target circle, red card discounts are able to save money. Quality of clothing , shoes and apparel is great! The customer service is excellent! Had to return a few items, the return process went smoothly and quickly, customer service rep was friendly and helpful with the process. Great job Target!"

"I am very disappointed that I went through the line at target and waited about 20 minutes, only to have a school check denied. I had items that needed to be purchased but was unable to do so because of a flaw in their system. I was redirected to call a number to help resolve the issue that they created. After calling the number, I was told that Target is no longer accepting checks from new entities… not even from school districts that have a tax ID and Tax exempt number. This is ridiculous. If this is the policy, it needs to be communicated with customers in advance. A check was wasted and my time was wasted. Now I will be late purchasing my items."

"We waited in curbside pick up for an hour. Ended up going inside to get my items. (I know I shoulda done it sooner, but I didn’t know if since I already checked in if they had them somewhere else. I just feel that’s a long wait when they know the curbside is packed to maybe stick a few more workers to that department."

"One star taken away because the workers inside shopping for online orders take up all the space they don't move and they're actually quite rude to the people who are actually shopping. Another star taken away because of the coupon system. If things are on sale why not just scan a customer number why make me scan or pick up every single coupon I spend $300 twice a week there I shouldn't have to do that much work for coupons. I mean the whole point is you're tracking my purchases so why make me deal with the coupons digital is the biggest pain because it doesn't work all the time . Other than these two things I like him but these two things also make me consider shopping somewhere else."

"Great variety of clothes and household items. I especially like the $1-$5 seasonal items displayed near the entrance. Can find decent discounts on select items year around. There is Starbucks inside the store, which makes it convenient to grab coffee. The washrooms are clean. However, the grocery/fresh food section is very limited and expensive. The HEB nearby is much better option for that. The customer service can be improved. I had a hard time getting the target red card, which comes with 5% discount on all purchases."
