"Came here for Karaoke, they like to play music more than let singers sing. Don't recommend if ya want to sing or want drinks fast. Bartenders cater to locals, so if ya aren't from here you will get served last."

"I came out about 1am Saturday May 20, 2023. I went alone and was happy to see star entertainment was there! I kneeled down on a bar seat looking over the crowd and trying to get a shot of Jamison with the pickle back. This very large short ratchet comes in this to me and tells me to get down and get in line if I want to have a drink. I apologized, got down and asked where the lines were seeing as the bar was completely surrounded by patrons, I walked around to the other side, trying to get the man’s attention at the bar that served me last time I wave my arms and jumped up and down, and then asked someone at the bar just to order them for me because I was going to try to dance, as I turned around the same ratchet face, large round woman with the bouncer, cornered me and pushed me out of the bar, saying I was being rude and waving my arms and hands in the bartenders face. They threw me out in the bar tenders bouncer came back out and said if I didn’t leave within five minutes, they would be calling the police on me , I did nothing wrong. I did not even have one drink. I was extremely apologetic and could not understand why this ratchet faced round woman was kicking me out I love crossroads always have but I feel this woman targeted me and discriminating against me, for no reason probably for her own insecurities of her fat self. Nonetheless, this was uncalled for if that lady is a manager, you would think she could afford a decent shirt to wear to work instead of go in looking homeless. Crossroads you need better management."
