"They damaged my center cap on my camper wheel. At first, they said it was bent up when the tire came in, which it wasn't. The guy then got very defensive when I asked for his name and a phone number where i could file a complaint. He never gave me either one. I have talked to 3 people at the store, who all said they would replace it and would call me back. No phone calls from them. The manager has always been on a conference call when I have called. I have never had this bad of an experience at a Discount Tire. I DO NOT recommend this store! Terrible customer service! So far, I have gotten no where with them."
