"I hate to give a review like this .My mother and I were at this store yesterday.To begin with I've never seen a cashier bring a chair and sit down behind the counter.with a manager or assist Manger standing right there.but the biggest problem I had .besides haveing to make three trips into the store was the cashier smelled of B O.so bad it bout knocked me out he had to have been able to smell he's own self and then working right beside the Manger you would think that would be part of he's job to say something send him home to take a shower something. And yes this store has gone down it was a mess"
"Rude a$$ girl working 7-24-22 @ 3412 s. Georgia at 3pm. Went in to get candy. There was a long line. She was standing there telling ppl not to go to that store and use a different one. Talking bad about the manager. I stood in line almost 10 minutes with one customer in front of me, 7 behind me and to at check out before I asked her to take the ladies money so we could move along. Then she proceeded to grip about customers rushing her and not letting her do her job. I work next door and I don't think I'll go back in there."
"Most Dollar General Stores in Amarillo are cluttered, messy and dirty. The Dollar General Corp has to stick by a strict budget when it comes to their labor budget. The staff is standoffish, and sometimes rude. They simply don't have enough Customer Service Associates to handle all the freight and Customers base. I'm sure this would be a reason why they can be standoffish. Hard labor. I get in and out as quickly as I can, and I don't Patronize them as much, anymore. I do not like unfriendly Customer Service. I Ohio they are as nice as can be off I75, next to the Pilot."
"This dollar store has an amazing selection of product probably a little bit too much product it's a big store and the store is completely full of product however the store does not have enough help or Associates to keep all that product up on the shelves and current in the right spot so once again the dollar store gets high ratings for the low unbeatable prices and great selection but just like many other dollar stores there was everything under the sun and the wrong spot not tries to correctly on the aisle with the price tags it was hard to figure out what anything costs plus I was also in there using digital coupons for the first time so it was I shocked him myself to how much time I spend in there. But still a solid 3 out of 5 stars."
