"On 5/3/21 at around 6pm My family came in to purchase 4 pairs of kids shoes , the only acknowledgement we recieved was an employee stating that masks need to be worn . ( no problem there I promptly put mine on) . There was no greeting , no asking if they could help us with what we were looking for . Nothing . Both employees were too busy looking at their phones to bother with a customer. I stood with a foot measurement device in my hand looking at the employees and stating loudly that I needed help . They again didnt have the time to help . So I went to dillards where they were more than happy to help me purchase 5 pairs of childrens shoes . AVOID JOURNEYS KIDZ IN LAKELINE MALL ."
