"Horrible Service. Avoid this location. Went in to buy boots they had the boots I wanted just not my size. The put in an order from another store for them to be shipped to the Webster store and they said it would take a few days. It has been a month now and I have called a dozen times and get the run around every time. My last attempt was to visit to store once again and the assistant manager told me should we go figure out what was going on. 10 minutes pass by and I see her at the front desk checking people out. Take it from me these people do not care about the customer it is just a job for them. Horrible service. Avoid this place… Trust me!!!"

"They really need to work on the customer service. They do great you when you walk in but that’s about it. They have no line forms here or anything. The cashier also had an attitude when I asked for them to clean up the boots trust me they were not cheap. It should be mandatory to buff the boots spending that kind of money. I love my boots but they need to work on their customer service."

"I was helped by Justin on purchasing a hat. He gave me a lot of good information on fit and how to take care of it. He also helped me with a pair of boots. It was my first pair of cowboy boots, and I wasn't a fan of certain styles. He helped find what I was looking for and the fit was perfect. Good job Justin...give that man a raise!"
