"Ugly customer service. I was here with many out of town coworkers, the majority prefer the Barfield. I came to socialize with a few staying here. After receiving poor service from a bartender with a horrible attitude and no focus on customer care we decided to gather at the Barfield. I witnessed other patrons receiving the same treatment. They verbally expressed that they had also had a long day of meetings and wanted to wind down. The bar tenders accommodation did not cature to a welcoming relaxing atmosphere that the Embassy strives for. I was over charged and treated as if my business was not welcomed there. I would not recommend this location."

"My goodness. Fine dining prices with less than applebee's quality. Clearly understaffed, undertrained, and overpriced. Will not be returning. Reluctantly paid the bill and tipped the waitress. Cutting my losses and never returning to this hotel."

"This place is so bad! I was staying at the hotel and was too tired to venture out so I decided to give it a whirl. Huge mistake. I ordered a glass of red wine - they brought me white and told me the wine I ordered was “all out”. For dinner I ordered the Caesar salad - when they brought it out it was romaine lettuce with a couple flakes of cheese - no dressing - they were “all out”. I ordered the caprese pizza and when it came out it was just a cheese pizza with some tomatoes and balsamic glaze on top….When I asked about the fresh basil, the waitress said “oh he forgot” and brought me dried basil - not fresh. Honestly, the service is awful, the food is sad. Don’t waste your time and money."

"I got in room dining at the Embassy. The food was fantastic and they delivered it to the room in 25 minutes. We got a pizza, sweet potato fries and their bacon bit brussel sprouts. It was great. Don’t let the bad reviews scare you off. Our in room dining service was amazing."

"After reading a few reviews and being scared of a long wait and poor food quality we opted to risk it for sheer convenience of being in our hotel. We are SO glad we did. The atmosphere was nice. I had the Strawberry Arugula Salad (with balsamic) and it was great!! Hubs got the prime sandwich - this was the best thing on the table!! Maybe second to the wings which were perfectly cooked - super crispy in a very buttery buffalo sauce. Chips and salsa were also really good! The salsa tasted like fire roasted tomato. The kids had brick oven pizza that was really good, too. So glad we took a chance here!! The wait staff didn’t seem very comfortable and more like they tasked random hotel staff to wait tables but she did a fine job. Would def recommend eating here, especially if your staying at the Embassy."
