"TERRIBLE SERVICE ON 08/06/22 in the mall @ Grapevine, TX. 1. Came in- no one greeted me despite having eye contact with the 2 workers there. Meanwhile, a white female came in 2 minutes after me and got instantly greeted and was asked right away if they're looking for anything in particular. That made me feel discriminated. 2. One of the fitting rooms was open so I took it. Next thing you know, someone who works there was trying to unlock my door- started opening it while telling me to put my clothes on because I took someone else's fitting room. I was in my underwear when they were opening the door so I had to pull it back towards me and yell that I was not clothed. *If there was better signage stating to ask for someone before using the fitting room, I would've not used one, even if it's open. After that scenario, I didn't even want to shop for more. I was going to get at least 5 pairs. Honestly, I was dismayed so I just took the 1 pair I tried. 3. I was shopping here because i recently just moved to TX and got a new job so I needed scrubs. When I was paying, I was asking if there was a discount for the company I work for. Aubrey- the lady ringing me up didn't even let me finish talking- she just cut me off and told me they guarantee to have the lowest price- blah blah blah and proceeded to tell me, that for next time, if I see clothes in the fitting room, that means someone is using it. Seriously? People leave clothes in fitting rooms all the time. How was I supposed to know it's being used by someone? Again, this would've been prevented if there was better signage. Even though I got THE WORSE customer service, I didn't bother speaking up because they were not worth my time or attention. Plus, I prefer to have this kind of disrespect be known for the public to read. PLEASE RE-TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES OR YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!"

"I never leave reviews but my experience here was horrible. The manger Aubree has really bad customer service. She is very rude and has a bad attitude and isn’t afraid to show it. i visited this location a couple times. I had to call her out for help. She would breath heavily (Nonstop) because she didn’t like the exchange I was making. She would also look at her employee when I would ask her a question as if she was bothered by my questions. The whole time there I was uncomfortable. I just wanted to get out of the store ASAP. It blows my mind how she’s a manger here. I would not recommend this location."
