"This store is phenomenal. They not only have wonderful toys and products for children of all ages but they offer the most consistent and pleasant client experience you could hope for. A couple of years ago, they were so helpful in locating a high demand toy we were shopping for at another store and had it shipped to us. Today, I received my order via a personal drop off from an associate that lives close to our house and offered to drop off at our doorstep!! You just cannot find this type of service anywhere anymore and it is SO appreciated. Added bonus is the toys are so well made and special!!!"

"I came here the other day and the staff was super friendly! I walked in and was greeted with a smile. The staff always helps when I have questions and shows me the most popular toys in stock. They have a great selection of toys and had everything I was looking for. I love shopping here for birthdays and christmas because of their awesome free wrapping service. "I brought my boys in to shop for each other, which was not easy since they were all there! The sweet girls working were so helpful during this process. I told them ahead of time what my boys were doing and that they would be bringing them items for them to hide behind the counter. They were quick to hide them and made sure they weren’t looking. I thought it was so nice they cared enough to help keep this a secret! I’m confident there will still be surprises on Christmas morning thanks to their kind demeanor during the crazy holiday season."

"Updated to add: The store reached out and apologized; they are working on additional training. Very pleased with response. Will continue to shop for sure. Two young women working at the store could not be bothered to look away from their phones long enough to check me out. They were literally looking at them and scrolling while checking me out. One was rude to the other and when a bag ripped while bagging my items, one was just going to tape it shut with scotch tape (which wouldn’t have held since it was a heavy purchase.) I had to ask them to please use a new bag. Usually this store has great customer service and helpful associates, so maybe this is just extra holiday help who aren’t regulars, but it was very disappointing. The selection is always top notch, so I was able to find what I needed."
