"My family went into Janie and Jack in Cypress about a month ago to look for clothes for holiday photos. The store was very busy and the 2 employees were running around trying to help everyone. After apologizing for the wait, the Asian lady helped us find a great look for our entire family. All the while, I watched customers interrupting her as she was trying to help us. She tried to juggle all of us customers patiently even when customers were rude to her. I know that retail has been extremely challenging and I was impressed with how she was able juggle everyone and give such good service."
