"I normally go to a different location but this one is closer to where I moved to but I think I will be traveling across town to have nicer staff and service. I came in with a laundry basket (which the sign on the door says they accept) and was turned away and said it has to be a storage bin. So went the next day and purchased a storage bin and went back but was addressed rudely. I wasn’t even done checking in when a lady opened my bin and said it needed to be taken out and laid flat. The pants were only folded once on the top. Which I understand needs to lay flat but she could have come at the situation with a better attitude. Fixed the clothes and then was shoved my receipt. When I returned later to collect my bin the person that checked me out just didn’t seem to want to be there. Overall the staff was rude and I will go to the other location across town."
"This place is awesome if you're a parent! Lots of cool kids clothes to choose from. Really like that everything is colored coded & how the store is organized piece by piece. Customer service was great! I'm satisfied with my time spent at Once Upon A Child."

"I have been to both locations and the kid to kid in San Antonio and this one is by far the best! They are so well organized, friendly, clean and so well stocked. I usually hate shopping consignment but this Once Upson a Child organizes the clothing where it makes it easy to be in and out. This store has become my go to shop for all my kids needs."
"Not bad for 1st time experience! Reasonable price compared to competitors such as Kid to Kid. A little cluttered at the entrance. The store with shoes and boxes in the front should be more organized, but the staff was friendly and supportive, giving tips and information when sales happened."
