"My wife, 11 month old son, and me were first time visitors shopping for his a big 1st birthday event. We going to get him a few outfits and his first pair of shoes. We came in excited to see the products (which had decent selection) but left the store after 10 minutes of browsing not being acknowledge whatsoever. There were 3-4 sales people just standing around not doing anything. I left and we NEVER return. Why? That was the chance to wow us--they failed miserably."
"Absolutely no regards in greeting and interacting with customers. There were two team members standing in front of the store when I walked in. Neither of them greeted me nor asked if I needed any help. I walked into the store to buy fall/winter clothes for my daughter and nephew so looking to spend no less than $600. I was disappointed and turned completely off with the lack of customer service I left without spending anything. When I left, I once again nothing was said. The most disappointing thing is they both made eye contact but said nothing. So they made a conscious choice to not speak. One person looked like a manager and the other a team member. I’m assuming the team member was following the lead of the manager. Either way unacceptable and distasteful."
