"We ordered online and picked up in person - just to have the kids try on what I bought and see if we needed to adjust in sizing. When we arrived we were greeted kindly. Ashlyn was super sweet and helped us get our order and get two fitting rooms for our 4 kids. We tried on everything and she helped me make the necessary changes in sizes. It was worth the trip!! Kids love the uniforms and are excited for this school year! PS. be warned they have the cutest mini American Girl size uniforms for your girls...adorbs!! You're gonna want to get one :)"

They were very kind in getting my kids fitted so I can order the right sizes online from another uniform source because our school is not contracted with a brick and mortar store and therefore, Ivy didn't have the colors needed. I did find the skirt, belt, shorts and socks and these were reasonably priced."

"Our first time buying school uniforms and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was in stock too which was very convenient. Update a couple months after our initial purchase: When he came out of the dressing room, my teenage son insisted the pants he had tried on fit him just fine. But when he wore them to school the first time and I saw them for the first time, they were a pretty tight. I took all of the pants and shorts back in to Ivy School Uniforms and exchanged them (I had the receipt) and they were extremely understanding and very helpful. I'm very glad that I purchased his uniforms from a local shop so I could quickly and easily exchange things in person."
