"Horrible customer service. Went in today looking for a dress and waited for a while at the front counter for the woman to help. After being ignored for a bit I asked her for help to which she didn't even bother to look at me and pointed to where the dresses were. She then said “well if you’re actually gonna buy I’ll show them to you but if you’re just looking they’re over there.” My mom then said yes we are buying but we need to see them first since they’re hung up high. The lady responded with an attitude and started to get confrontational in front of other customers who were walking in and my infant. I really loved the dresses but she was so rude to us I ended up leaving even then she kept arguing and raising her voice at us on our way out. You could clearly tell she hated her job. Nice place and dresses but horrible service."
"We don't go “every day” but for big events we know where to go. We have had a super pretty woman and she helps us a lot. He asks us questions and knows what he is up to. Even when we have different ones, they have treated us very well. We recommend."
