"Every time I visit this location everyone is always very nice and helpful. It’s always neat and well stocked. I usually always find what I am looking for. Only downside is they do not carry boots at this location. Wish they would! We like boots on this side of town to!"
"Awful. Rewards member and i came with a few receipts to return some items. Was initially trying to exchange but items were not available. Then turned away cause was told the receipts i had were not matching. Called customer service to email receipt but during the 1 1/2 Call found out the description number and item number DID IN FACT MATCH!! now came to return to find out im a day behind the return policy. This place where i bought items dont have the items anymore to exchange and only option is to find another store with same items and sizes needed. Never again am i stepping door at this location2. Over heard another lady not abke to use her rewards card even though she has over $500 , turns out she's not the only customer not able to do so. Something is up with this location. Offer no resolutions."
