"Lauren (I saw in another review that she is a manager at the Tanger location in Ft. Worth) was exceptionally helpful! I was looking for an 18 month size in a clearance item, but did not have the number needed to look it up. Once again, she took a lot of time to search for the item online and in other stores. She advised me to call back with the needed number (I had it at home, over an hour away), which I did. She was able to find the item in a store nearer to me, called that location to confirm and ask for it to be held for me. I told her how much I appreciated her “five-star” help. She replied that they are there to help the customer in any way they can. It is RARE to experience GREAT customer service-even if with just a smile and pleasant attitude-let alone, going out of the way to go beyond good customer service to help a customer. This lady deserves a promotion!!"

"The customer service at Carter's - Fort Worth Tanger Outlet is phenomenal!! I had a missing item in my pick-up order and the store unfortunately didn't have any left in the size I needed; however the manager Lauren went the extra mile to find the size I needed at another local store and get it delivered to me in time for our family photos! They 100% went above and beyond to fix the problem and were so nice about!!"
"I love Carters! They have the cutest baby clothes at very reasonable prices. There’s always some sort of sale going on or a good coupon out. Their rewards program is also great! I highly recommend signing up. It’s free and you get $$$ back towards future purchases after spending a certain amount. Their employees are also very friendly and willing to help!"
