"They are very rude at this location. They do not speak when you come inside and the even heard me mention it and STILL didn’t speak. I was the only black person in there and they didn’t want to acknowledge me until it was time to checkout. Don’t talk to me now when you couldn’t even greet me when I walked in. "I ordered my son a dress shirt for Easter. When it came in, the shirt didn't fit. I went to the Burleson store and asked to exchange it. The customer service representative seemed annoyed because she was going to have to return and then reorder it in a different size to perform the exchange. She miskeyed all my information making it hard to track the order. For MONTHS I came in asking the store managers for my purchase or refund. They instructed me to contact customer service online which only provided an inquiry reference number but didn't provide any assistance. After countless times I was able to get a hold of the district manager who authorized my return to my debit card since they couldn't figure out why the gift card stated invalid. At every opportunity this store failed in communication, professionalism, etc. NEVER have I been to a store where it takes 4 months to issue a refund. I don't understand how this is acceptable. Please note that prior reviews were given years ago when they had a different Store Manager."

"Visit the store today to get my grandson a new outfit for his sister graduation. He is almost 2 and was with me. The manger of the store went above and beyond he played with him the whole time we was there. I will definitely be giving my business to them. We need alot more customer service like this. I even took a video of it. Thank you so much for doing what you do for your customers."

"Went in 10 min before close ( didn't realize until I started shopping) the young girls working were super nice. I was in and out in 10 min and they never rushed me. I apologized while checking out and they said no problem. Great attitudes! Also I got some great deals on back to school clothes!"
