"If you are going to just shop here I think it's fine, store isn't big. Selection of shoes and toys is pretty small. But the employees working there are extremely dysfunctional and unprofessional. It took them 1 hour 30 minutes for them to sort through 3 small bags I took into sell. So be prepared to wait for triple the amount of time compared to other kid to kid branches. The employees were shopping as they sorted through clothes and also wasted alot of time making irrelevant small talk instead of getting work done. They kept confusing the bins that were waiting to be sorted. So overall customer service was horrible!"

"This store is beyond dysfunctional, and it is shocking that it even operates. We have called and spoke to Shannon, who claimed that they purchase Infant Carseats all year long and when we bring one in, all the sudden they are full up and not buying them anynore. Won't buy a new pack and play but tell us to come back next week to sell it, which is what we were told last time. Employees lack basic service from simply saying HELLO when you walk in and will congregate and talk in the back while you wait to check out."

"This store is outrageously priced. I used to shop here but now, you are better off buying brand new. Some clothes I’ve seen at Walmart for cheaper, brand new. There were toys priced over $30.. for a used toy. And shoes for over $25, used. Strollers were $80 and over. And when you take items to sell to them, they will only give you $20 for an entire tote full of items. It’s a waste of time and money. Complete rip-off!!"

"Not even worth the time or effort. We drove from Granbury with two boxes full of name brand clothes and 3 big toys for a toddler. We had to wait 2 hours for them to even sort through it and drove around in the mean time waiting only to get $20 for some of the stuff because they couldn’t “sale” most of it. The clothes were all name brand, no stains, and not out of season. We asked why they couldn’t take some of the stuff and they didn’t give a valid reason why. Don’t waste your time. You are better off donating to a good cause."
