"It says that this location should open at 10 but it's already about 20 past and it still hasn't opened up. My wife and I have been since 9:50. If they don't open at the time that it says then it should be changed to the actual time that they physically open."

"i love this place, but i didn’t like the way one of the employees talked to me. i asked if i can use the fitting room for my daughter to try on jeans... she didn’t even make eye contact and her tone was just a bit off. least she can say is “no ma’am i’m sorry” i’m not coming back."
"Walked in and half the store was closed for inventory. There was at least 3 employees. No one said hi or helped us and one lady even looked up at me and didn’t say anything. We were lost and I said “Does anyone work here?” and no one said anything. So we left."
