"This store is always packed with clothes with almost no space to walk through anything. Terrible customer service. You have to wait for someone to notice you and come to the register or search the store for someone to help you so you can pay and leave. Returns are always a huge pain. It's as if they are going out of their way to help you instead of just doing the job they are there to do. I hate going to most childrens place stores since every single one has terrible customer service."

"I went friday afternoon and I lost my shopping back in the store, I asked an employee if she had seen the bag in the store and she rudely said she just got there making fun of me instead of helping me find the bag. Then I asked another employee of she hadn’t seen a bag or if she could help me by reviewing the cameras and she rudely responded no I cant it wont even show in the camera. This is not the fist time that the employees from that store have been horribly rude. A year ago we had another incident with the manager who didn’t want to sell us a shirt. All the employees in that store are horrible! And corporate has to do something about it."

"Rushed over here from Palm Valley to Mercedes (20min drive) knowing they close @9. I’m desperate to find a top for my child to attend a funeral &@8:55pm the doors are locked. I ask if they can open up for a quick min (knowing what I needed in mind) &they said no. I see the sign says they close @9pm, I show them my phone time &they compared to their computers which conveniently for them are more than 5 mins ahead. If you close your doors before 9, you shouldn’t put on the sign, “close @9”. Luckily Osh Kosh wasn’t closed &were very helpful &accommodating. This took place on April 21st @8:55 pm. 3 female employees at the door &none were of no help."

"Horrible workers. One was yelling to another employee that her perole officer came by letting everyone know she has a criminal record inside a childrens store. Every employee miserable. Never shopping here again. Haven't been here in a while. Now I remember why."

"The lady clerk treated us like dirt. She had no customer curtesy. We approached the register and asked us to move to the waiting line yet there was no line except one customer in front of us. She was so disrespectful obnoxious! She acted like we were a nuisance. Like garbage! We were deeply disappointed by her actions ! We were customers with an 8 year old buying her school uniforms. My daughter just like us were confused by her behavior."
