"Very un- proffesional !!! I went last week for tax weekend to buy shoes for my son and unfortunately I had to order them which was fine school was 3 weeks away. The lady that helped me (Stephanie) was very distracted looking around everywhere while placing my order and was barely paying attention to my needs. I'm writing this review because they ordered the wrong size and I had to order the shoes at another store I found online!! School is 1 week away and I'm not getting them till 1 week or 2 . To top it off the manager (Amara) didn't even apologize or offer a discount for their mess up. I asked for a refund and now I have to wait days until I see that money back. They didn't even give me a courtesy call to let me know my order was in since Wednesday!! Bad experience don't order without double checking receipts and repeating yourself."
