"HORRIBLE customer service!! And they couldn’t care less about their customers! Arrived to pick up my to go order after the time they said it would be completed. They brought me half of my order and didn’t say a thing. I told them I was missing 2 orders of cheese fries (mind you I paid almost $60 for this order). They came back and told me they ran out of fries.. fast forward the manager comes and says they just got more fries and to give them a few minutes. I waited 20 minutes for the fries while the other half of my order was getting cold!! The fries did not even fill up half of the to go box! No apology, no accommodation, nothing!! People don’t know good customer service these days!"

"I stopped here for dinner because it was pretty close to my hotel, and it was getting late. We were greeted upon entry, and we chose seats at the bar. For drinks, I had a Tequila Gimlet and my friend had a margarita. The drinks were both well made. For dinner, she had the Firemouth wings and a house salad. I opted for the Hurricane Salmon with lemon butter sauce. The wings were hotter than I would have preferred, but they were ok. The salmon and mashed potatoes were excellent, but the green beans weren't too good. I think next time, I'd ask for double mashed potatoes or choose a different side. Overall, it was a cool night out with a friend."

"Mariya was our server and she was awesome all the way from start to finish. Water out quickly. Bartender was on their phone so took a little for our drinks. The combo appetizer was a nice selection and tasted great. The catfish was really tasty not greasy and a nice size portion. The jalapeño chicken grilled was recommended and did not disappoint. The place kept getting busier and busier. We can see why. Good fries too"

"Razzoo's is hit or miss for me. Sometimes the food is great and other times it's a disappointment. The drinks are ALWAYS good and strong. The oysters were overcooked like chewing bubble gum(had a good flavor though) and the red beans and rice was a little bland but not too bad. We also had the seafood platter which was pretty good."
