"My recent experience with Atlas Auto Glass in Houston, Texas, has been a severe disappointment and a cautionary tale for potential customers. I entrusted them with a windshield repair, but instead of a solution, their service caused a cascade of malfunctions in my vehicle's essential features. Post-repair, critical systems such as autopilot, backup camera, lane assist, cruise control, 360 cameras, and the heads-up display ceased to function entirely. Disturbingly, when I approached the shop seeking resolution, they not only denied any responsibility but callously refused to issue a refund for the $450 I paid. Their refusal to rectify the situation or acknowledge their role in disrupting my car's functionalities is deeply concerning. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and safety is unacceptable. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of Atlas Auto Glass at all costs. Their lack of accountability and willingness to dismiss serious issues they've caused highlight their unreliability and disregard for customer well-being."
